Hi everyone,

So I lost 5 pounds last week, but I had gained since I started this challenge, so I'm at 1.2 for this challenge. The good thing is, I'm into my second week at being totally OP and I'm doing great. I was not feeling well since I got back from Vegas. I was weak and lethargic. Last weekend I had a hard time doing much. I would do something and have to sit or lay back down for a while because I was so tired and week. It was like a really really bad tired and run down feeling. I also couldn't give blood last week because my iron was down. I got busy and really watched what I eat and really watched the iron I ate. I'm happy to say that Thursday I was able to give blood when they came back to our work. I also plan to start exercising again this week. I came back from Vegas and I was exercising, but I had to give it up because I was so tired and run down.

I'm so glad I feel back to normal again!!

Keep up the good work this week. We can do this!!

Well I have not been keeping up, so I am down 2.2 so far out of 35:guilty: Not a lot since I started this. But I am still aiming for that 35 lbs by New Years, and think I can do it.

Congrats to those who are doing well-keep on movin and losin!!!
 

As of this morning I am up 2 pounds and very frustrated. :headache:
I'm going to try to change some things and see if I can shake it up a bit.
Maybe next week I'll have a better offering to the weight loss challenge...

Hi there,

I have not been doing too well. I won't give up, and keep trying to get back on track, but just haven't been staying there. I was up 1.6 last week, making my total for this challenge 2.2 down. Not very much, but at least I'm still losing.

I'm debating about stopping WW, and saving the money each month and doing it on my own. With my new schedule, I don't have a meeting I can go to the same day each week, and have mostly just been weighing in. I've always thought I needed the accountability, but think I'm wasting my money. I bought a scale for the biggest loser challenge, and I definitely get more support and motivation from this WISH board, and think having a scale at home will keep me accountable. I do the monthly pass, and I think next week, I will cancel it, and take a break from them.

MelanieC- congrats on the awesome loss.:cheer2: Glad you are feeling better. And thanks as always for keeping this challenge going.

VernRDH- I'm in the 2.2 club too!!! Hang in there. Any loss is a good loss, and we will reach our goals!!!:cool1:

bailey2007-:hug: Sorry you had a gain this week. You can do it. It's so frustrating to go up. I do believe if we don't give up, we will all reach our goals. Mixing it up is always a good idea too. I just had spaghetti squash for dinner and it was delicious. (and it's a no starch vegie) Hang in there.

I've been very good about my workouts. At my work, we're doing a 'Get fit on Route 66' challenge. You get one mile on Route 66 for each minute of working out. I've cleared 300 minutes each week so far. Still no scale, so I have no idea if I lost anything. But my pants fit better!

I can't weigh in tomorrow because we are out of town for a family wedding so I thought I would weigh in today and I was so happy to see a big 3.5 pound loss. :) That makes me 18.5/40 for this challenge. Almost halfway there.... :)
 
Hey everyone! I know I didn't check in last week but I actually did weigh myself and didn't lose anything. I weighed myself today and I've lost a pound so not as much as I was hoping to lsoe before our vacation tomorrow but I'm under 200 lbs. and are very excited. I won't be able to check in next week since we'll still be on vacation but I'll be back on track the week after that - I know I could diet at Disney but I can't resist that kind of temptation. Good luck this week everyone!

I did my final weigh in for the September challenge and I was down another .5 pound so that puts me at 19/40 on this challenge. :)
 
I lost another 1.5 this week so I am at 20.5/40. I am more than halfway to my goal. :)
 
I am down another 3.5 pounds which puts me at 24/40 for this challenge. :yay:
 
I haven't been doing very well, up a little, down a little. I think since I last checked in here, I'm up .4, putting me at 1.8 for this challenge. Not very good, but I am happy I'm not just gaining back all i've lost before. I need to boost up the exercise, and hope that will help.

Congrats to you losers here- Becka, Girthegecko, and Crazyforpiglet!!! You are an inspiration to me, and I hope to be back soon with a loss!!
