Sometimes we sneak over to Universal for a day, but this time we have our 7mo DD... Which of the rides and attractions can we do with her??? Do they have a parent switch like WDW does??? Will it be worth or time???

At the Studios, you can do most attractions with the exception of a few. Most of them are "shows" so it won't cause any issues. But IOA will be more limited. The great thing is that there is a baby swap on all attractions so you and your spouse can trade off.
