Good day everyone! hope your weekend was an exciting and relaxing one!

For Halloween we decided to go to a block party held by a local Fire Station...it would have been nice for us (not for Ashton really). I don't think it turned out to be what they planned; there was a haunted house, band and food vendor...it was suppose to have games and trick or treating (only the police station had a table) the band was good but not what we were looking for. We tried to trick or treat around there since we were there...we went to one house...left went to Burger King, and went to the dollar store to let Ashton trick or treat. We did not want to stay out long since Ashton had a head cold...well I woke up yesterday with severe sore throat and sinus headache...if this is what Ashton felt like ...poor baby!!! Dayne started with it Monday and has worked its way through down the line.

I did not take any pictures of the block party
now that I think about it I shoud have...we were walking around trying to figure out what to do

Those are great. Would love to see more. I got none. The boys didn't come to my house Saturday night. This is the first year they have not come. But I did make them eat the leftover candy for dessert last night so I could get rid of it.

Good morning Connie and my sweet Peter Pan. Hope today is a good one for you. We are in the throws of sunshine and I can hardly contain myself. Life is good. I am all over the bug that hit me and glad of it. Today my body aches cause I did nothing all day yesterday. But it's all good. Lots of catch up at the desk.

Sorry guys that is it for the pictures I had one picture of Ashton at his one trick or treat house and it did not upload. AND I erased my camera after I loaded the pics yesterday without noticing that I was missing one! OH WELL!

my head is sooooo stopped up and my nose starts running like a facuet than blocks up again. I really think not sleeping for the correct amount of hours is not helping the situation...I really need my own bedroom with a lock on the door and SOUNDPROOF!!! I put off going to the library again today! I have been saying for a month now we are going to go to story time and have not made it yet! maybe next week!!

I hate it that your head is still so stuffy. That is what Sheri had last week but she woke up about 1:30 Sunday morning and says she has been well since. Good thing too being up along the Canadian border this week. She does Advil cold and sinus, Nyquil, Alka Seltzer plus and Muscinex. Yes, she mixed them all. She should have been cured or in a coma. Talk about a medicine head. I will say that is when the Cpap is nice. You don't get stuffy

I'm placing my order with Gwendolyn tonite when I get home. I have been so busy I don't know which way is up. I'm trying to confine myself to one project at a time. Not easy when you are ADHD, OCD and just plain nuts.

Cute pictures! Hold on to your seat...........I didn't take any pictures on Halloween. We were busy running around all day. John was working out of town and when he came in, we were scrambling to get ready to go to the Fall Festival at church/Hunter's old school.

I'm sorry that you aren't feeling well. I think it's this stupid weather.....cold at night and hot during the day.

Ashton has a runny nose and goes through bouts of total meltdowns so I believe he is feeling as bad as I am...
he just fell asleep after a really nice cuddle and rock in the rocking chair! I won't be long before I join him...
Glad the sun is still shining we are still having beautiful weather; I really wish we felt better to enjoy it! we went out to play earlier it seemed to help him

I awoke with a bad sore throat today too. The stuffy nose. No fever yet. I wish I could have been there for a cuddle and a rockin. I'd been right to sleep too.

Hello! everyone
thanks for the well wishes!!
we spent most of the morning outside in the sunshine, blowing and chasing bubbles and riding bikes and bouncy balls; Ashton seems to feel better--in a really good mood...I can't shake what I have...I think I'm going to switch back to benadryl and see if I can't shake the allergy portion of it! at least the fever is gone...

Dayne's best friend was checked out of school today by his mom; she was sleeping in and her alarm went off--when she walked out of her room a guy was running out of her house! she was home alone!!! --makes me sooooo happy the Joe is here almost all the time!! I am going to have to start setting our alarm again... ....we are in the woods and all our neighbors pretty much work in the day so I'm alone with 2 three yr olds most of the time!(they live about 8 mi from us but still this is something none of us had to worry about out this way!)
