Thank you!I believe the limit is 25 for "one time use" points from Disney. You may want to consider a transfer from another member on our Rent/Trade Board. If you decide to try a transfer, plese be sure to read the Sticky Thread on the Rent/Trade Board:
ALL NEW THREADS MUST BE APPROVED!! - **How to use this Board** - PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING
Not enough then. Thank youYou can purchase up to 24 per UY.
hahahaha. I know... It sounds so tempting!!Take one hit of addonitis to solve this... just don't get too addicted!
Thank you!! all great options for WDW, however, we are going to Disneyland, so many of those options aren´t available there.Cash rates might be available for the missing night from MS. The rate has always been too high for my liking.
Many other options you may have not considered, but flexibility is the key!
*book an onsite room for 1st or last night of trip
*book an offsite room at end of trip (I'd suggest at Universal to explore new horizons), split trips are easy once you have a few under your belt.
*7 months, look @ another DVC resort with lower point requirements & add the 1st or last night or switch the entire trip over. If not available immediately, waitlist the whole trip or night you need.
*downgrade category, depending on your occupancy level
*borrow the points from your next UY
*try to rent the one night & link the reservations
or
*(never popular)shave off a night from the trip entirely.

Yes, this is easy, just add on 30 points. Problem solved! I'm sure Disney would love to sell you 30 Poly points. Lol

Thanks again!
Gotcha! Hate to say it, but my family prefers DLH over the GC lol.
Good luck
We own VGF points but will be visiting Anaheim for Xmas, and are coming up short 30 points for 1 nightEmbassy Suites Anaheim South. That's where this DVC family stayed when we were there in the spring. No way is it worth that many points for VGC (especially during spring break!) It's not like WDW.. it's barely a mile (if even that much) to the parking lot. We didn't try the shuttle but a lot of people did and I heard pretty good reviews from those I spoke with.
OP: Do you own points at VGC or is this just a one-off trip out west?
