We are ready to book our 2nd cruise!!- May 04' any tips??

Ok good news! We are in the final stages of booking our 2nd 4-night cruise!! We sailed a 4-night in Sept 02’ and we are now shooting for the May 16, 04’ cruise. It will be my wife, myself, mom in law, and our two little girls (3 + 7 at the time of sailing). We will be booking a category 4 as we did last time. I am surprised how booked up the cat 4 rooms seem to be this time already. Any help you can give us for cruising in May would be greatly appreciated. I thing we have the general cruise do’s and don’ts down but any hints about mid-May cruise traffic, weather, etc would be great. We are also trying to get the littlest one fully potty trained so she can visit the Oceaneer Club like her big sister. I am pretty sure diapered children are not allowed in there??
