Yeah! Finally, our entire package is paid in full
Airfare, a 7 night stay at POR with MYW Hopper Tickets and the free dining package.
Now, we just have to keep saving for tips, souveniers and things like that. It is truly a good feeling. We have a pretty good plan for using our dining credits (I hope?) and so we won't be taking very much extra for food. I always take a little extra for emergencies of course. I am so excited, it really feels real now. It isn't just a dream anymore.
I feel like dancing so I think I will ...

Doesn't it feel great!! I think I am still floating up on a cloud tonight.
We are up super late because so many people in our neighborhood are still shooting their fireworks. We didn't buy too much this year as are saving for WDW. That's ok, we can enjoy everyone else's for FREE!

Yuck, neighbor fireworks. My neighbors started shooting off theirs at 11pm, for 4 nights in a row. By the 4th night at midnight, I was quite annoyed (UNDERSTATEMENT!) Especially since they are illegal here (Ohio). And especially since the neighbor's driveway is right up against my bedroom window. I slept on the couch, since the smoke triggered my asthma in a HUGE way.

Back to the topic at hand, though...........................................

Our travel agent told us it would be 2-3 weeks before our trip so I will bet yours will come at about the same time. I am really excited now though and I want them to come right now! We went through a local agent and through United Vacations because getting airfare out of my area can be tricky and quite expensive. Disney flight prices are not as good out of here.

If you don't mind me asking, where are you staying by the way, we will be there at about the same time. 8/16-8/23. Also where are you from in Ohio? I was born in Columbus and lived at Buckeye Lake for awhile. We are huge Buckeye fans which is very hard to do in South Dakota!!

Thanks for the info! I am getting anxious, there are so many other things we "should" have done with the money (carpet in the living room is really ragged!) THose papers will make me feel like the trip is much more imminent!

I live up in Lake County (right on Lake Erie, just east of Cleveland). My brother is currently living right outside Columbus -- he's in the military, so he won't be there long, lol. He is attending Ohio State. He's a big BUckeye fan too, as is my dh. I found a good website for Buckeye fans to buy stuff, if you are ever interested. Got dh a keychain, got brother a gag-gift antenna-topper to make his minivan more "manly."

I got my documents and my luggage tags from Disney Travel this week. We already got our DME tags a while ago. We arrive 8/14 and are staying at Pop. My nephew was 9 last time we took him to WDW. He is 17 now and will be celebrating his 18th birthday while we are there.

I'm a little nervous about our paperwork and luggage tags etc. We went through a local travel agent who booked us through United Vacations. She told me it is all taken care of as far as ME and everything but I feel so out of control. At least it's all paid for but I can't even make a building request yet I don't think because the confirmation # I have is for United Vacations. We did save a little bit by not going directly through Disney but now I kind of wish I did because I would have more control over it all. Hopefully our final papers will come soon so that I can call Disney and gain a bit of control.
I do have all of our ADRs taken care of as well as a schedule worked out for us. So I guess I did have some control. I arranged pretty much everything on our previous trips so as you can tell, this is hard for me.

Just paid in full last night for our August trip. Staying at the All-Star Music Resort with a seven day park hopper and the dining plan. Cannot wait! Did DL earlier this year, so I am even more pumped up about this trip.
