We are official but no points?

We closed on our VWL contract last week and we are now, as of yesterday, in the DVC system but no points are showing up on our account? DVC told me to just keep calling back but what gives?
We are planning an April trip so there is plenty of time left before the 7-month window kicks in but I'd like to make my reservation NOW.
Has anyone else experience delays in your points getting posted into your account?

We ran into the same problem several months ago and were told that it can take extra time to get points into the system during the last week of the month due to other month-end processing going on. Whether that's accurate or not, who knows??

I ran into the same problem, I was transferred to someone in Accounting who said it takes a couple of days for them to put the points into the system. However, she said that since I wanted to make a reservation now she would process my account that day. Also, the MS person took my reservation and put it on "hold", she said she could hold it for 24 hours and by that time my points should become available. She called back that afternoon with my reservation. You might want to ask for Accounting and see if there is anything they can do, it never hurts to ask.
