My head is spinning as DH just accepted a job near Jacksonville. He starts in 6 weeks so we are frantically packing. We have already found a rental condo thank goodness. Unfortunately he will be going alone and I will be staying behind with DS until the end of the school year. Not something I am looking forward to facing. We are planning on packing and sending just about everything with DH so we don't have to pay utilities in two places as we need to sell our house. DS and I will be crashing at my mom's place. Any suggestions for a reasonable but dependable mover? I would be open to a company that drops off a trailer or pod but I am not sure how much room is needed for those

we moved from IL to do last year and used a pod and will never use any other way in future to move family. I went online and set it up they have discount rates to different situations .

I'd use a pod. I don't know of any reputable moving companies here in FL.

Welcome to Florida. Be sure to get some Al's pizza after you get settled.

pods r the way to go if you can load and unload yourself

welocme to Flordia!!

We're moving to Florida this summer. I've been doing a lot of research and I think we're pretty set on moving pods. For us, the u-pack moving pods seem to be much cheaper than Pods or the Uhaul moving pods.
