We are in the new house now, still no interent at home but I have got it at work.

For anyone that is interested we are having a Housewarming BBQ on Sunday 1st May from lunchtime onwards.

It didn't help just before the move to find out my job is ending at the end of August, it seems that the largst software company in the world will save more money by moving my job to India!

That sucks Mark!

It peeves me that all these companies are moving their operations to India. I have to deal with a couple of our IT suppliers who have taken this step and frankly the level of service has fallen through the floor

The staff in India seem to have no understanding of the product beyond the first initial service level and any more in depth technical enquiry takes at least 30 minutes just to get logged. Most of my work involves systems integration so I rarely have a simple call to log!

I have complained so much to one of our suppliers that I have now been told just to phone the UK customer support manager and he gets one of his consultants to phone me. I can't imagine that long term this is a cost effective solution.

I hope you get sorted out with a new job soon
