We are home from the Magic 8th-15th

Hi,
Everything was just as I had expected. GREAT!! I won't go into every detail. I will just mention some of our favorite parts. Our rooms were plenty big enough, a little to noisy but not enough to complain. We were in 2534,2532,2530,2528,2526,2524. The first four were the ones with the noise.
The food was as good as any cruise I have been on and better than some.
The service was very good.
The very best thing we did was our excurison. We did the Stingrays and Dolphins from St. Martins.This was the most fun thing we did our whole cruise. As my Grandson said "Man thanks Grandma that was awesome."
My daughter and Grandson both did parasailing on Castaway Cay too. That also got an awesome vote from my Grandson.He is eleven and its seems to be getting harder to impress him. He loved cruising. Room service was also at the top of his list of things he like about the Ship.
He thinks our next cruise should be around the world!! I told him that when he grows up he can take his old Grandma on that one. He said he would, so now I have that to look forward to!!!
All together we had about forty people, twentytwo of them were kids. I didn't hear one complaint. Well one "Do we have to leave" OH MAN THAT SUCKS!!! I had to agree.

Sounds like your family had a great time. Love the 11 year olds parting comment, it really does suck when its time to get off the ship. Thanks for posting your report.

Thanks for sharing. What a funny ending! I hate that feeling at the end of the cruise, too.

You wouldn't happen to be part of that large soccer group, would you? I also was on the 3/8-3/15 cruise and keep coming back to these boards to "get my fix." It's getting better, but I had such cruise withdrawal when I returned home to Minnesota, it was terrible!

Anyway, while sunning on the top deck one day, I chatted with a nice couple that was with a large group of soccer families. Was that your group? (Maybe it was you I was chatting with!)

Yes thats us. I don't think it was me who you visted with. But I'm sure it was someone in our group..I can't wait to plan another trip. As Grandma I'm always ready to go. But all the Mom's and Dad's keep worrying about stupid things like school, and work. They even think money is an important part of our fun!! So they keep telling me to slow down alittle and let them get caught up.
Maybe in two years I will be able to get them all together again.

We went with a group too. Not as big as yours, but 10 nonetheless! I really think that going with a group on a cruise is the way to go... very fun.

The couple I met had just had their house broken into, if that rings a bell. Anyway, they were very nice, and we chatted for quite a while.

Hi,
I agree its much more fun with a group. I have cruised with a group as large as 74 and then also went with just my sister. (that was the most relaxing). I love going with all the kids.
The only couple I know that had a breakin, happen while they were home. The husband and son chased the guy and the police caught him. This guy knew they were home in bed and came in any way. Pretty scary!!
I didn't know some of the couples very well. Lots of peole came as friends of friends.
