My mom and I walked to see Captain EO, while my dad went to look at "Off-kilters" a bit.

Captain EO is awesome!!! It was sooooooooooo great! Ok, you know my love of Michael Jackson. So maybe I'm biased. But that was MJ, Francis Ford Coppola, and George Lucas in 1986. 1986!!!!

As we walked out, I bought a pin and a t-shirt.

I called my dad, and he said he was hanging out by Spaceship Earth. My mom and I wanted to go to Mousegears, so he said to take our time.

We shopped a bit, and about 30 min later, we were on our way back to the hotel. Let me tell you that after a long day at Epcot, that walk back to the monorail is a killer. That hill that you have to climb is exhausting.

We were back at the hotel around 5pm.

We were full from lunch and tired so dinner was only snacks.

We relaxed around the hotel and decided to go check out the movie under the stars.

Tonight was one movie I really enjoy: High School Musical 3.

Let me tell you that I love the concept. Ever since our 2004 visit, I kept saying how great it would be if they would show movies at the hotel. Well my wish was granted.

It was nice to watch the movie outside, with a little breeze. It was comfortable. Unfortunatly, the DVD kept skipping. It skipped about 5 times before I gave up. It was annoying.

We went back to the room. Watched the fireworks, and I was in bed by 11pm.

Nice update! Sounds like a nice meal! And glad you were finally picked by Miyuki...it does suck that they don't allow the candy to be taken home. It would be a nice little souvie. I can't wait to see Captain EO! Love all of the souvies you did get...you did some serious shopping!

I had to resist watching the Captain EO videos since we are going in EIGHTEEN DAYS and I want to see it for the first time there.

I think they changed the candy rule a while ago; I have no idea why, but I've read about it on the boards before.

Hey guys.

I went to the Montreal Rogers Cup today. Saw great tennis players and had fun. Got a few sunburns though. I applied sunscreen twice but didn't seem to be enough. We were there from 11am to 3pm. Then we went to dinner. Had a blast. Good way to finish my vacay. I am going back to work on August 25. So here are a LOT of pics for you!

We start the following Wednesday and Thurs, then have off Fri and Mon for Labor Day and first day with the kids is the Tues after Labor Day and then we have off Thurs and Fri for a Jewish holiday! Nothing like eeeeasing our way back into the school year!

Yeah. Well Wednesday is for teachers only. I'm not sure when the kids are back. I didn't even receive my schedule for Wednesday. So we'll see. I don't know if I mentioned it but I met the new principal. She had heard about me. I only mentioned my 58. something in arts and she said "oh you'Re Christy" and she got up, shook my hand and introduced herself. So I'm hoping it can only be positive.

The match was really fun! I wanna go back next year. Next year's gonna be the men I think. The men played in Toronto this year, and I think women only play every 2 years.

I'm so bummed about the NYC trip. It seems NYC trips are doomed for me. I'm really hoping for a week end before the holidays. So maybe I can see the cool windows and the Rockefellar tree. I would definetly up for dinner
