We Are Here To Change The World.......Maybe Not - Completed

Great pictures!!!!!! How cool that you got to meet each band member! :cool1:

I think your painting was great! :thumbsup2

180 days for ADRs ::yes::

Oh did I tell you guys how much my painting went for? 100$ :) And the lady who bought it found me on facebook. She's from Chicago but is in Montreal with her daughter while she studies at the school I graduated from, and will be going back to in January, Concordia University.

Congratulations!! That's wonderful. Not even the price.. just to know that someone loves your painting and wants it in their home! That's so flattering and nice! :lovestruc

Woohoo, just received my D23 mag. Sadly, it's the last number. So I have to renew. I saw that memberships that start in 2011 have a watch. The ones in 2010 receive a calendar, which I already have. I wonder if mine will count as a 2011 one if I receive the first number in 2011.

That really is great about the painting! And very cool that she found you on FB. Maybe she'll refer you to friends!

Did I tell you guys that I had another NYC trip in the works? For the holiday season? Well, not happening, once again.

So cute. While I'm planning our 2011 trip. My parents are already planning 2012 and 2013 lol

2012 would be a driving trip. Kind of a road trip, but not totally.

And 2013 would be a Christmas trip.

Anyone know any websites to visit to rent houses and/or condos through like realtors or something? You know, real safe stuff.

I'm officially declaring that this trip report will be done before the end of the week. And a PTR will be started.

Stay tuned!

I'm working on the end of the TR. And will start the PTR after.

By the way, if anyone want to add me to their msn messenger list, msg me and I'll give you my e-mail.

August 1

Sadly, it was the day we were going home. The day went by smoothly. My dad got up early as always, and he woke me up at around 6:30am.....with a cup of coffee. I really enjoyed that. He knows I can get cranky without my coffee.

We each took our turns to the bathroom to get ready. We packed and got ready to catch the DME.

The DME was late about 10 min. First time it ever happened. And once again, we were the first stop. So we had to go buy all the deluxe resorts in the area. The ride to the airport went well. Nothing to report.

When we got to the airport, we checked-in with the airline. After that, I stopped by the Universal Orlando store. And I bought a chocolate frog. Which was yummy by the way hehe

We got home alright. The flight was good. No turbulence. We got home safely, and I went to get Timon the next day. He was really happy to see us.

Well everyone, thank you for following us. You make it all so special.

I'll soon post a link to my new PTR.

Okay, seriously! One of these HAS TO WORK OUT! :sad2:

Did you think that just maybe for a second they were going to let you stay another day?

That's my dream every time I'm waiting for that un-magical express....sigh.

I don't know of any places to rent homes and all that - but I know there are TONS of those places around Orlando. Something like All Star rings a bell from various TRs I've read....

Headed over to the new PTR now!

I know. It's ridiculous. It's like NYC doesn't want me lol

So sad to see your report end.:sad1:

How did you make out finding a house? How big of a house are you looking for? Do you have a price range that you would like to be in?

We haven't really looked yet.

It's still far away.

But I am completing my applications to teach in Florida. So I might have to look sooner or later.

That would be a BIG change in my life ;)

I think I missed something! You're looking for a house? In Florida? or in Canada? When we were driving through Florida I kept seeing all those billboards for home developments and the prices are so temptingly low compared to here near Washington DC where the average home costs at least 1/2 a million dollars. In Florida, that'll buy you 2 or 3 homes! :lovestruc
