We Are Here To Change The World.......Maybe Not - Completed

I started taking picture just for you Brooke.

The only things I can't get pictures of, are things I sent to friends.

I sent my BFF: A Snow White (Disney Couture) wallet from Tren-D
A grey stripped polo shirt with a Mickey Silhouette for her son.
A Jasmine Barbie doll for her daughter.

And a Domo stuffed toy for Lurkyloo to thank her for the Japan postcard :)

Woohoo I'm excited. I got tickets for next Wednesday's Rogers Cup(Women tennis).

I can't wait. NEver been!

By the way, does anyone have a great budget spreadsheet for me? Preferably one that I can edit.

Since Brooke asked, here are things I got, and some things my parents got for me.

Now if you look closely at the bottle topper, you can see it's not actually on the bottle. Yeah, it doesn't fit every bottle.

Here's the small bag that I carry into my purse for when I forget my bags.

And I didn't go to Universal studios to see the Harry Potter section. But I did buy this at the store at the airport.

I LOVE your car name!!! :thumbsup2

I don't have a budget spreadsheet....DH uses Quicken and I just trust him.

Great loot! You got a ton!!! I've heard a lot lately about those Imagineers guide's to the parks. I might have to check those out while I'm shopping.

You are going to have one adorable kitchen! ;)

The kitties are so cute hanging out together. It's a "front lawn date". :goodvibes

hehe Front lawn date ;)

My kitchen will be totally Disney lol I need a black table cloth since I have Mickey and Minnie salt and pepper shaker.

I did get a ton. I'm lucky. Though some things were on "Sale" like the AI tumbler was only 5.99

Hey everyone.

Sorry about being slow with the updates.

I'm starting work on the 25 so I'm trying to get a lot done before.

Plus trying to start lesson planning.

And I'm also kinda of dreading going back to work because of a "new" coworker. He was at another school and is coming to ours now.

I've had bad experiences with this guy. And I hate him. I know hate is a strong word. And I rarely use it. I can dislike someone, but I deal with it and try to be nice to them. However, I can't with this guy. He really is incompentent and rubbed me the wrong way countless time. He seems to think he's God gift to women. He even has a past in the schoolboard and the other school's principal was glad to let him go.

Just to give you an example. He came to bring his stuff during the last days in June. I have a metal "armoire" in the teacher's loundge where I put my things. Well he asked what are the chances I come back next year. My coworkers were like 95% (I wasn't there when he asked). So he said, well you never know. So he put his name on my armoire that still had stuff in it. And before he did that, he was pointed to a completely empty one. No, he wanted mine. So when I came in, I wasn't too happy. I took his name off. At least wait for me to remove my things. But I had left things in it since I had talked to the principal and I was almost rehired. He came back another time when I wasn't there, and tried to put his name back on. My friend/coworker told him she wouldn't do that if she were him. I'm sweet, but some people call me Tinkerbell lol And there's a reason lol If you rub me the wrong way.... look out.

So I'm trying to get my things together and at the same time "studying" classroom management. I am always looking at ways to make myself better ;) And I have a heard time being a disciplinarian sometimes.

It is always hard working with people you dislike, but I think its doubly hard when you're teacher, as I am, as well. Good luck with your classroom management, its hard and something teachers didn't have to deal with years ago, I swear. :goodvibes

It seems to get easier and harder as time goes by. I get older, so students don't see me as a "friend" as much. But I don't remember my teachers having to work so hard to have discipline in the classroom.

LOVE that HM t-shirt!! It's so cool that it says Liberty Square on it! :thumbsup2

You got such great souvies! LOVE the chocolate frog! I talked Tom out of buying one at the airport HP store. :rotfl: Too expensive!

Sorry about your jerky coworker. Hopefully, things will be better than you think.

How 'bout that crazy Big Brother!

Wednesday - July 21 - Sunny - 98F and above

This was our first Epcot day. We woke up, ate breakfast and got ready.

By 11am, we were leaving the hotel. We took the monorail to the TTC, then the monorail to Epcot.

Our first stop in Future World was Club Cool. We had tricked my dad in trying the Beverly last year, so my mom and I decided to let him get his revenge. We both tasted it. I didn't remember how nasty that is. People can't seriously drink this! It's like drinking cleaning products!!

We then were on our way to World Showcase. We had a dinner ressie at "Chefs de France". But before we went there, we watched the O' Canada movie. We love that movie. Martin Short is so funny. I love him in Father of the Bride so much!

It was almost time for our reservation. So we headed to France and checked-in. We were seated right away in the little veranda you see beside the fountain. It was so empty. Only 3-4 tables were occupied.

My dad had some pork thingy which he liked. My mom had the Quiche Lorraine which she said was alright. But she'd had better. And I had the French macaroni which was alright. But I make a better one hehehe For dessert I had the profiteroles...yummm!!!! And my dad had a vanilla creme brulée. Which he said was the best of the trip.

Just as we were going to eat our dessert, Remy came by. So cute and funny. You can see the link to the video on the first page. At the corner table, there was a group of 3 ladies. They almost seemed like business ladies. Well 2 of them were so unimpressed by Remy. They paid no attention to him. While the other only told him he was cute. He spent like 20 min there.

All in all, it was a good meal. Especially the dessert. But we are not sure if we want to go again.

After that, we decided to walk off our meal by heading to Japan.

We shopped a bit, and then I saw that Miyuki was going to start soon. So I went to get a spot to watch her. She picked me and my suggestion of a dragon. Sadly, I couldn't take the candy home. She was not giving them away. We could only get a pic. I was a bit sad. After all these trips, I finally get picked and can't take it home. After all, what would I have done with it. I noticed something that wasn't there before on the table. It said that the candy was on display only and not to be eaten. Weird

We walked back to the UK, and I browsed the shops while my parents went to sit in the park. As I went back to see them, the British Invasion was starting. So we sat there and just hung out, and listened to some great music.
