We are here. Black Ring In the Sky

on our way out of the park last night we saw a lot of people looking up.
so of course I did too.
this big black ring was in the sky over the parks.
It seemed to draw a lot of attention.

I was also mystified by these black rings, but the mystery was solved after viewing the new World of Color.
WOC has always had multiple flame effects, but there is a new single "fireball" that creates that smoke ring -- Most Impressive...

We too were very interested in the strange black ring in the sky our first night...next night we saw WOC and the black ring made sense!

We saw it opening night. The fireball hitting the low cloud layer actually made it rain! It was so funny.

The fireball also packs some heat. My 5yo DD got scared when she felt heat and same the huge flame. The spurts of flames that go off prior to the large fireball probably didn't help her either.
