My husband and I put our downpayment down today for Kindani Village. I kind of wanted to see some current construction photos, but haven't been able to find any. Does anybody out there is DISer land happen to have any? That would be awesome. I am really excited to stay there. Is anyone going to attempt to go for the grand opening?

We will be there April 30- May 8, 2009. We made these ressies before we knew Kidani would be open. I will try and switch to Kidani on Aug 10th

There is a lot up there so far in those pics, and those were taken a few months ago. I guess that means they must be moving along nicely. Does anyone know if the restaurant and pool will be completed by May also? Is it going to be completely done or just the first phase? Sorry I have so many questions. Just one more, How many total units will there be when all of it is complete? Thanks so much, a DVC novice.

Welcome Home!!!! My wife and I made our downpayment on Monday night. Did you get any incentives with your contract??? We got the developer points to use at SSR by next July. Let me know.

Yes we did get the developer points and I already booked one trip with them! Ha Ha, I totally couldn't wait. We also used our Disney Visa card to get the 500 bonus points and they did $8 per point down payment thing. We are booked at SSR in October. I have never been for the FW Festival and we are pretty excited. I am thinking about doing MNSSHP party also. I tried to book a longshot for NYE (pun totally intended) but to no avail. I have never been for Xmas either so I wanted to use the points sometime around then to see all the decorations. Any tips would be much obliged.
