We are 30 days out and just booked ADRs

I really think that people are overestimating crowds for May. I've heard several people that have had no problems booking May adr's recently. I've had issues with Ohana but it seems like everybody has had problems with that one so it's no big deal.

Congrats on getting your adr's, hopefully others will have the same luck.

I really hope this is the case! We always go in May and the crowds are managable.

Whether or not you'll find a table depends on the restaurant and your party size. We had trouble getting a table for dinner for 2 at Ohana for the first week in May, unless we wanted to eat at 9:30 at night. The CM said that they had several tables for 4 at the time. But, generally speaking, the restaurants that seem to be always fully booked (Chef Mickey's, etc) seem to be fully booked, but there's generally quite a bit of availability, give or take.

If you don't get what you want, call back every day or so. Doing that, we were finally able to squeeze in to Ohana at 6pm, just a week or so ago.

All I know is that I would hate to be worrying about getting my ADRs during Free Dining - that must be a nightmare!
