I called to book a REAS and I was told I had to speak to Carolyn to make all of the ressies & arrangements. I have been calling since Saturday(when I was given her name & ext) and everytime I have gotten voice mail. So today when I called on my only break for the whole day I was a little upset theat they wanted to give me her voice mail again so I asked for Debbie instead-- because I was reading here last night & read a lot about her!! Well, I was connected with Debbie & she informed me that Carolyn was no longer with the company, so I would never have gotten her!! Thank goodness I remembered Debbie's name because she was WONDERFUL!!! I actually couldn't believe how much she helped!! We talked about the best days & times for my appointments and we set up my didning rotation so that it would all work! We ended up talking about her vacation she was just on- It was SUCH a nice conversation!! I told her that I had heard great things about her & she asked me where- I told her on the Disboards & she said these words....
"It is a pleasure working with all of you, I really love it, you are the most organized, well informed group of people I have ever encountered!"
It was SUCH a nice thing to say!! She knows that we all do our research & we know what we want- I told her she was right, that I read up on REAS for a month before I called!!! I thought it was so nice of her & I thought that it was SOOOOOO cool that she knew us as a group! I literally SKIPPED away from the phone today! I was so giddy about my ressies & about the stuff she said I couldn't wait to come home & tell the rest of my Disfamily what she said about us!! Well, we really are great & I love you ALL & I would never have been able to book my VERY first cruise ever with out all of your help!! THANK YOU DISBOARDS!!!!

I also love the Disfamily here....can't get enough!!! Even after 10 DCL cruises I still learn something new all the time!!!

I just got off the phone with Lisa and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with--she booked the spa and our Palo and asked if we would like to book the brunch and high tea. I didn't even have to ask if she would do it. I told her that we all have been very excited about the REAS on the disboards and she knew who we were and said that they apprecitate all of our positive comments.

FYI-I did try to reach Debbie first but I couldn't reach her so I left a voice mail and Lisa called me back within 30 minutes of leaving a message.

We're booked in a Cat. 2 so I called to inquire whether I could book our reservations for Palo. Debbie answered and told me I certainly could book Palo for brunch and dinner. I asked if she could tell me our dining rotation. She said she couldn't but that I could request one. I opted not to choose a dining rotation. We'll go with the luck of the draw. She was so nice!! No wonder you all rave about her.

I still can't believe how smoothly that all went!! after reading here a couple of nights ago it looked like I might not be getting what I was planning as far as times & days of reservations- it was all so perfect.... I'm trying to keep the REAS as a suprise from my boyfriend but I learned so much from Debbie in that one conversation that I am having trouble!! We were talking about shopping in Nassau & about how long it will take us to go through & I started to say that it would be so nice to hop on the ship midday & have lunch & then relax & get the massages & then go take a shower & get dressed for show & dinner..... thats all of the stuff Debbie was telling me!! I am SOOOOO excited! And, I know our dining rotation so I feel like I know a little secret!!Oh, and apparently the beer & wine in Prague are great.... I know this because we even talked about HER most recent vacation!!!!! It was so wonderful & I hope everyone has an expirience like mine, it makes the magic of Disney shine & I'll tell you, for everyone who complains about how expensive DCL is, if the cruise itself isn't worth it alone, than the customer service DEFINATELY is!! Thanks again Debbie!!!
