I love Cookie Monster. I had always liked Cookie Monster but I had an experience that changed all that...I was on a mission trip to Mexico and I was looking behind the seat of the van we were in and guess who I found just abandoned there...poor Cookie Monster. So I decided he would be my Mission buddy. I kept Cookie in my backpack when I would go to the childrens home and when I slept at night, he was cuddled in my arms. The best part of all though was when I got back home I found the kid who had lost his Cookie Monster, and I had all kinds of cool stories to share with him about all the things Cookie Monster did on the Mission Trip.

I'm a Grover fan myself. My SO likes Slimey. I actually bought a Slimey shirt (I would've gotten it for him, but it's a babydoll tee, hense it wouldn't fit him right.)

They've got cool Sesame Street tee's at Hot Topic - a chain store that is in Florida (not sure about other states - but most likely).

I'm a bigger Muppet Show fan. Bought the Muppet Show 25th Anniversary CD last December. TOO FUNNY!

KP, Grover is right there behind Elmo. I still love theb Super Grover and the Waiter Grover skits. Grover does rock too.

Jwill, Cookie Monster is a cool dude but no Elmo. My niece has both Elmo and Cookie, I swear she tosses the little blue guy aside so that she can latch on to Elmo.

I have the complete Sesame Street Library (tall hardback books that teach you the ABCs and 123s). And I'm quite fond of a certain Cookie Monster myself.

Actually Sandy, I was playing with mine in the pool when a lady asked me if she could use my noodle! I had no idea what the heck a noodle was, I only knew that I was playing with mine. Being the big hearted person that I am I said sure. that was when she grabbed my noodle

ah...yes Itsa and Seattle is scheduled to play here at the Sky Dome the following Tuesday through Thursday.

I found it EXTREMELLY generous of Toronto to set up those baseball seminars for the Mariners before game time.

Tuesday's lesson: How NOT to get rid of your greatest prospects

Wednesday: The World Series: Yes - YOU can obtain a title too!!

and they saved my personal favourite for Thursday:

Steinbrenner : Coping with the fact that he is not responsible for Seattle being a bunch of chokers

Following these seminars, one can only hope that we will see some complete succession out of the Seattle Mariners sometime soon!
