Do you get anything from them prior to your trip? We leave Thursday and haven't gotten anything yet. Will we be picked up? What about luggage tags?

This may sound like a stupid question, but did you make a reservation with ME? Did you book the trip or a travel agent? If the travel agent booked the ME paper work would have gone to the travel agent, but the booklet and tags usually arrive a few weeks before your trip.
If you have not made a ME reservation call now and do so, you will not get your tags so save your baggage claim tickets that the airline gives you when you check your bags. With those tags they will be able to pull your luggage and get it over to your resort.

I did use a TA and supposedly she made reservations (I gave her our flight info). Can I call ME myself to check?

I would call DME to be on the safe side. Someone should have the number..I don't have it at hand.
You don't need the luggage tags, but you do need to be in the system. Otherwise, you won't be allowed on a bus when you get to the DME area. At this point, you won't get anything from DME, but if you call them, and find that you aren't in the system, they can put you in. That way, you will be able to check in at the DME area and get vouchers printed up for the bus. If you want to, you can head to baggage claim on your way to DME and get your own bags. Or, you can just give your baggage claim receipts to DME and a description of the bags, and they will send a CM to baggage claim to get them for you and deliver them to your resort.

I called ME and they do have us down, but we were booked on the 15th, so we won't be getting tags or anything. That's ok, as long as we can get on the bus I don't care about luggage tags!!! Thanks for the help all!
