Stayed @ PORS
7 Days
Week after Easter
Flew from NY
ADR's

The board was so helpful. Just want to pay it forward.

We're going with our 2 year old next week. How did your daughter do? Did you go back for naps?

Yes we did go back for naps. It made the rest of the day better for everyone. This was her 3rd trip to WDW. She did want to spend the rest of the day in the pool.
If I had to do over again ...You probably don't want to hear me say this but...I would have only done 2 days in the MK and the rest pool days....There I said it. No one could have told me different. Oh and I would have requested that our room be on the first floor. Being 2 my daughter wanted LOTS of repetition. She could have watched VOLM 20 times. Have a great time . Seeing her enjoy the wdw was the best part.

Does your dd normally nap? my 2 yr old wont nap anymore unless she just falls asleep in the car.

im hoping she will nap in dis ? Please let the magic happen :)

as its going to be a very long day if not......:confused3

My daughter does usually nap. Only an Hour from 12 til 1 give or take. We didn't go back to the room for naps everyday. two days she feel asleep in her stroller and we just pulled her to the side of a bench and we people watched for the hour or split time walking thru gift shops. One day she slept thru lunch what a treat. Shes a great little girl but to put it nicely she SUCKS in restaurants.

:flower3:Sounds like our 2 yr olds have alot in common. DS2 is very hard to be with in a resturant:scared:. You mentioned this was her third trip. Does she enjoy the rides? is she average, small, or ... for her age. DS2 is only 27#'s and 36" tall. He is not afraid of the characters but of late he has decided *his favorite carosel* is very scary and does not want to ride. You mentioned the pools we are staying at ASSp, I need to find out if they have vest for the kiddies or do we need to bring our own:confused3.
Can't wait to hear more from you...Thanks!!!;)

My baby will be 23 months on our next visit, and yeah... restaurants are not his favorite places to be.:sad2:He can cut a sit-down meal really short, so I am a little worried about ADRs and table service. On the other hand, the rest of us do have to eat.

I need some ideas for table service restaurants that will be entertaining enough for him to keep him occupied.

It's definitely a tough age - but hopefully it won't last forever - my 6 and 7 year old are just fine, but it was tough with them for a while, too.:rolleyes1
