We took our boy at 9 months and 21 months. At 9 months, he was fearless and loved the characters - at 21 months, he loved them except when he was right next to them, then he got shy and buried his face in the nearest available object. We did three character meals and halfway through the second one, he got over it (after several pictures with his face pressed into the arm of the chair he was in!) and was fine being right next to them. Thanks, Dan!![]()
He really loved the characters - his favorite was Goofy at the Cape May breakfast. We're really excited to bring him back to meet all of the characters this May -- he'll be 17 months old. I just hope he's not scared this time! (He was terrified of Santa - at 12 months).

Even when he was shy, though, he always enjoyed watching them as long as they weren't paying attention to him in particular.![]()
We're in West Henrietta AKA Riverton. I usually drive my car which has AWD and Nokian snow tires and is nearly unstoppable, and this afternoon, I took a very short drive in my wife's new FWD all-season-tire car - yikes! (And she traded in an AWD car for it!) I'd been thinking about it anyway, but we'll definitely get her a set of snow tires for next winter...Oh - and I just wanted to say hello to a fellow Rochesterian! (We're in West Irondequoit). I hope you're not buried in snow!![]()
Why is it that when I post a picture it shows up, but if I edit the message in any way, it puts the link in, but doesn't show the picture?
