Yes I had it tonight. I know my password etc are right as I have never changed it. Asked me to call the US number. Iv deleted the mobile app.
 
Thanks so much for the heads up!! I've been so frustrated recently that we have not been able to access the US site or most of its information.

When's your trip? I'm hoping we will be able to order magic bands for our trip in November.

The app is still a bit buggy. Night before last it would let me in on the app on but not on the pc. Last night it kept telling me my password was wrong on the app and wouldn't let me in but worked fine on the laptop. I think the system is not 100% by a long way, but they are working on it and having access to all the sites is certainly a step in the right direction to keeping international guests happy, so hopefully they get it smoothed out soon
 
I'm also suitably impressed with the user interface. I'm not sure I'd be confident enough in its functional reliability to want to rely on it just yet if my trip was coming up in the next week or two but they've done a great job with the user interface :)

We are heading over on November 18th, I am hoping the Magic Bands will be available to us as I am quite excited to try them out. Here's hoping they up the testing within the next few months! :)

There is no news of further testing beyond the August test. There is a good chance that by November you'll be using the system - live
 
Having "linked" my booking to this My disney eperience - It has me down in a studio for 14 nights no tickets no dining and only 3 members of our party are on.

It also says my name is Jane - Which it isnt! Not even close (I figured jane Doe - except it still has my surname correct)

Slightly panicked I called them and they have all the correct info on their internal system. I was told that the UK bookings are pretty unreliable on the new system as it has a bug in it - which wont be resolved until the New Year.

I cant do ANY online reservations. - Which is annoying to save the least.

That sucks! For me the mobile app was majorly playing up, saying we had a party of 9, giving totally wrong times for all the ADR's I have made and no tickets. After logging onto the website everything is perfect! It has even linked everything with my DH's account on My Disney Experience which we could not get to work beforehand at all. To my surprise, and DH's, when we both logged on the mobile app after going through the website everything there is perfect too for both of us, it has even updated notes I put on the website yesterday about our BBB, PL, La Nouba etc on the correct dates and times on the calendar view. I was so impressed by it but I guess it's not fully functioning for everyone which is a shame as it is actually really good. They should make sure things work 100% before making them available, then again, this is Disney we are speaking about! :rotfl:
 
as i've mentioned in other threads, we were picked for the test, but when i called disney IT (the number given on the test emails), they told me not to link my UK tickets because we're using the same tickets over two different packages (we arrive twice with a cruise in the middle).
keep in mind that i bought the tickets separately from the two packages (that were purchased directly from Disney USA).
The CM was very worried that the system would glitch and screw up our tickets - so she said better for us to pass on the test than to have to waste valuable vacation time trying to sort it when we get there.

So i followed her advice and didn't opt for the test.

As a result, i've received about 8 emails telling me i've been selected and i should go link everything and pick my FPs.
I just keep ignoring them.
 
I'm sure that most of the bugs will be ironed out soon
It's good to see that the UK finally has access to the MDE part of the website instead of continually getting bounced back to the old UK site
I did call their website helpline for one quick question and they could not have been more helpful and solved my issue instantly :thumbsup2
 
Our check in was a mess last Thursday. There was a problem and basically OKW front desk had to phone the UK who had to rebook our entire stay. All sorted but I had a funny five minutes x Apparently there are often problems as the UK system doesn't fully communicate but they always fix them x
 
All our dining reservations and daily plans are there - but when I enter our resort reservation it lists the members of our party but when I try to link it and hit 'DONE' nothing happens

Is your resort reservation showing up Joh?
There is an option to manually link reservations if you have your confirmation numbers, it's a bit long winded if you have lots of ADRs to add

Ignore me, I'm talking tosh. My DVC membership is showing, as is my BWV reservation that I made today for March :) Just trying to figure out if there is any way to add details of a celebration?

I have decided not to do online check in just in case, as one part of the site has my son as an adult and my husband as the infant and me and DD both as adults, another section of the site has our info correct. However, at least I have the old style paper vouchers to show at the front desk.
 
After some messing I managed to link my resort reservation - rather than use the 12 digit US number - I found it work with the shorter ABC 12345 number (not my UK reservation code - but the alternate US booking number I was given)

Tried online check in but it failed - never mind .. this time next week we will be flying from Miami to Orlando the fact that we are going is the most important thing! woop woop!
 
hi its working

staying for 2 weeks starting 27th November

just been putting in my itinerary and it all worked ... and it let me book online Mickeys merry xmas party - instead of ringing up Disney world and costing a USA phone call! its BRILLIANT - WELL DONE DISNEY :cool1:

Been able to book food reservations as well its really good :thumbsup2

I do not have a ticket yet and not at my 60 day period so cannot do my fast pass + yet

interestingly when you press the button it says get ready for fastpass + at the end of this year! its coming :cool1:
 
It won't let me link our reservation online to MyMagic! What am I meant to do?! :( Calling is so pricey- our last call to WDW cost about £10!

login top right hand corner my Disney experience click to drop down and click on my reservations .. follow onscreen instructions you will need Disney's confirmation codes already done mine and they are in my plan
