Yes I had it tonight. I know my password etc are right as I have never changed it. Asked me to call the US number. Iv deleted the mobile app.
Thanks so much for the heads up!! I've been so frustrated recently that we have not been able to access the US site or most of its information.

Having "linked" my booking to this My disney eperience - It has me down in a studio for 14 nights no tickets no dining and only 3 members of our party are on.
It also says my name is Jane - Which it isnt! Not even close (I figured jane Doe - except it still has my surname correct)
Slightly panicked I called them and they have all the correct info on their internal system. I was told that the UK bookings are pretty unreliable on the new system as it has a bug in it - which wont be resolved until the New Year.
I cant do ANY online reservations. - Which is annoying to save the least.

Our check in was a mess last Thursday. There was a problem and basically OKW front desk had to phone the UK who had to rebook our entire stay. All sorted but I had a funny five minutes x Apparently there are often problems as the UK system doesn't fully communicate but they always fix them x
It won't let me link our reservation online to MyMagic! What am I meant to do?!Calling is so pricey- our last call to WDW cost about £10!
