WDW web site live chat window pop up

Have to tell everyone about the awesome feature from the WDW web site. I went on line this a.m. to price out our trip on the Disney site. As I stared at the screen and thought about it, a "Live Chat" window popped up that I could use to message back and forth directly to a live Disney CM with my QQQQ's. It was wonderfully helpful and a super feature on the site that I'd never seen before in all my visits there. Has anyone else every encountered this.
