Show of hands... who else listened to this night and day when it was fairly "new" and on 33 1/3 RPM?

Wasn't that from 70 or 71?
I didn't find Led Zeppelin 3 untill high school and bought it on cassette then.

Out on the tiles, best song on that album.

Groovy, JW! Far Out! It was Buddy Hinton who chanted "Baby talk, baby talk, it's a wonder you can walk" until Peter popped him one in the mouth.....with his eyes closed I might add.

Yer up.

Oh and a slap on the butt for Madonna for seconding the answer several HOURS later.

Vinyl...ahh you gotta love that random access and durability.

AP was Kashmir on that Led Zep or was it the next one?

Who still does?

Ok for another butt slap, I'll let you ask a question Madonna, since JW's busy cleaning some of his old vinyl records.

Ok - there are no rules on this thread - right? So I can ask whatever type of question I want - right OT? Hummm...someone better restrain Higgs and Jay for this one...(get you mind out of the gutter, that's not what I meant - geez - contrary to popular belief - that is not all I ever think about ..:smooth: )

What was broken on the first R2 unit that Uncle Owen bought?

Here's the track list for Led Zeppelin III (I would play and play with the spinny-twirly thingy on the cover):

01. Immigrant Song
02. Friends
03. Celebration Day
04. Since I've Been Loving You
05. Out On The Tiles
06. Gallows Pole
07. Tangerine
08. That's The Way
09. Bron-Y-Aur Stomp
10. Hats Off To (Roy) Harper

Madonna - good question!

Yeah....good idea, any category you want is fine. Of course Kim recites this stuff in her sleep.

Kashmir was on Zep IV I guess.

I know!! I know!!
"Uncle Owen, this R2 unit has a bad motivator." :)
Suuurrrreeee.... use a Star Wars question to lure me out today. :p :p

Kashmir was on Physical Grafitti which came out in 75 I believe .

Suuurrrreeee.... use a Star Wars question to lure me out today.

Your suppose to say *thank you Madonna for getting me away from boring work...*

You got it alright Jay!!! Your up!

That's probably cuz Sandi was busy....if not her then Star Wars.

You know, technically Owen bought a R5 unit - Luke made a common slip up and refered to R5-D4 as an R2 unit since they have similar functions.

Yeah, I do recite this stuff in my sleep. ;)

As for Tiggers - I have successfully zapped 5 Tiggers so far. I thinking of getting little Tigger patches to sew onto my shirt sleeves, kinda like Figher Pilots do for each plane taken down. :)

Never owned Led Zepplin, much less listened to it as a kid. I'm a Genesis fan.

I knew Kim would know it!! Not only that but she knew that Luke screwed up.....I'm thinking she knows more about the Star Wars universe than Lucas himself.

I wonder, can you eat grilled Tigger? It sure smells good.

Did you guys ever have "Lazer Zepplin" playing at your local planitarium (SP?)??? (in my best druggy voice>...woah....lazer beams.....colours...cool...)

Miss those days...

No, not Laser Zeppelin, but we do have Laser Floyd. It's quite an... ahem... uplifting experience. Or so I've heard.
-MrsAPalm

I'm rather ashamed to say we had Lazer Britney Spears with N'Sync.......and I saw it too. The sad thing is, one can't be, "enhanced" with kids in tow.

Ok Jay's taking forever here, so I'll take Growing Up Brady for $400, Alex (not to be confused with the Webmaster)....

Bobby once poured a whole box of detergent in the washer and got buried in suds. What was he washing and how did it get soiled?

Laser Zeppelin, that would be cool. Years ago Laser Floyd came around.

Ooops... my bad. :o Let me correct that. "*thank you Madonna for getting me away from boring work...*" :p

Hmmmm.... my turn for a question? Okay... let's try this....
In Monty Python & the Holy Grail, what do the Knights Who Say 'Ni' want from Arthur?
