Some people have all the fun on weekends. :teeth: I spent my weekend cleaning, cooking, cooking, cleaning, umm and then some more cleaning and cooking. Yeah yeah I did get some PS2 time in though. ;)

Should we call you Cinderella? Did you remember to feed Lucifer?

LOL OT - yeah it's fun to feed tranquilizers to my ******** cat. I enjoy watching to see what she will do next, but mostly she just rambles incoherently.
And Jas, did you remember to mend my ball gown - I have an upcoming date with a prince and I want to look spiffy.;)

Note to all: My cat really isn't ********.;) ;)

I really shouldn't complain...I actually enjoy the cooking (and baking) part.

Mending your gown...I don't think so, I can't even sew a straight line with a sewing machine. Funny thing, in middle school I did awesome in shop class, but really stunk at home economics.

I'll keep that in mind in case I ever need a napkin holder or wooden placque thingy to hold my keys.

Excuse me, I made my own end table. :D I am pretty handy with a lathe and band saw, if I do say so myself. :p

In that case, could you whip up a nice little dining table... I don't have one and I don't want my date to eat on the floor.;)

Ok attention all WDWWDS members and potential members. All office furniture will be made by Jasmine from now on.

 Nicole!

Ok, I'm thinking she's really Nicole. Notice she didn't confirm or deny that she's the famous actress?

I want an autograph.

Did everyone have to make these same lame projects? My sisters key shaped key holder hung in our basement for years.

Like I said I made an end table (even made the design myself) and an ealier project was a mail holder, which was similar but more advanced than a napkin holder. I think there was one other project (6th grade) but I can not remember what that was.

Still the most fun was the end table and using the lathe. I loved that. Such a neat creative thing.

I would be most happy to design and make all office furniture for the WDWWDS staff. :)

I made a mail holder too, my mom still has it, although now it's stuffed with take-out menus.

Jas, are you like the guy in Meet the Parents that made that big wooden thing that Ben Stiller set on fire?

Our school must have had a half dozen lathes but were barely able to gaze at them let alone use them. Somewhere along the way a student must have lost a digit or two and forever took the pleasure of the lathe away from all students to follow.

I didn't start playing with tools until I got to college. And I only took one semester of a girly class waaayy back in Junior High. Guess I missed out on all the fun!

OT, I don't remember that part of the movie. Yes I actually did see it, but you know, details.

Oh I remember that... Owen Wilson played him... he was the "perfect ex-boyfriend" that had the nice house.

I remember the character I don't remember the thingy that burned up, though I do remember the fire, if that makes ANY sense at all.

I can't recall if it was a gazebo or a wedding arch... it was something big and dark and ugly.
-AP

Oh maybe it was some type of arch. Slowly it's coming back to me.
