I'm wondering if anybody might know what the scoop is or if anyone else has had trouble as far as Disney not sending out their advertised Vacation video.
My family and I went to WDW last year, with a return trip planned for March of 2005. Now that Mission Space is open we requested the 2004 video in hopes of a good little segment about it would be included. I requested a video in October of last year, after 2 months, nothing. I requested another and again after 2 more months still nothing. Now my daughters are getting impatient so they each requested one. One daughter from her computer and the other daughter from Grappa’s's house, to be sent to his house. 2 more months again and still no video. We have been requesting and receiving WDW vacation videos, via the web site, every year now for around 10 years or so. Never a problem. So what's up now?

Anybody else having the same trouble?

Mine arrived within about 3 weeks. Have you tried looking on the Disney site to see if there's a number you can call? I know that when I tried using my DH's name for a video/DVD it never arrived either. That was back in Sept or Oct of last year. I wonder if they have some way of logging what home the vacation videos go to and you can only receive one a year. However, you still haven't got your first one.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I received a VCR tape instead of the DVD I requested. I went on the WDW website and wrote an email to them. The wrote back and I had a DVD w/in a few days. I definitely would contact them.

I too wondered If they also keep a log of how many they have sent to a address but still that sounds pretty cheap to me as the DVD costs what about 3 cents and if it lands another booking, again, well we all know how much money they make for tickets and a room stay. That's a pretty good return on a advertising investment. I'v never had any trouble before, give them a call I will I guess. It's the second address we gave them thats got me wondering. Oh well.

Thanks All..........
