WDW Vacation Planning Video 2005

Back in April, I got the vacation planning video from Disney. We are going on our trip in July 2005 and I'm sure they put out videos every year but on the site it doesn't specify which video they send you. So, I don't want to get the same video kit that I already have. Does anyone know when the new video came or will be coming available?

I think the new one was released in early November last year, but I'm not positive. Anyone else remember?

Your memory is very good. I remember watching the video for the first time over Thanksgiving weekend while we decorated the Christmas Tree. We ordered after reading reports here of a new video, so it was probably late-October / early-November.

Videos seem to be updated on an as-needed basis. My guess would be that the next video would appear very late this year--after they have a chance to film segments for the new Stitch attraction. Then the'll probably do a new one in mid-2005 to highlight Soarin' and the auto stunt show.

I use to be a CM in the marketing department. I actually worked on these videos. Typically they are available to order in Oct/November of each year.

We got the video, but cannot watch it bcs our VHS player is still mothballed from our renovation last year. I am pretty sure we asked for the DVD version anyway, and so was annoyed to get the currently unwatchable VHS.

Oh well, our plans are set anyway, as we have our ressies in place for November, January and April already, but we're still working on October '05 (yeah, we're gonna be AP holders starting in November, so of course we've gotta make the most of them, right?).
