WDW "Vacation A Day" Contest!

Well. I went home for lunch today (to my apartment building) and saw a FedEx notification on the buzzer. The notification has no contact name on it, just the apartment number in the corner (which is not mine, but the number right before mine). Of course now I am paranoid that the FedEx guy wrote the wrong apartment number and I am going to miss out. They really should call, email, and FedEx!

I'm sure I didn't win - I don't know why I'm so worried.

Been checking my email at work, checking my phone and calling DH to see if we got any calls. He thinks my behavior is "concerning" and that I need to "stop this sick obsession" So I am ignoring him and will continue to

I won a non-Disney sweepstakes last spring......just came home from work one day to an 8"x10" envelope on the front porch from FedEx that contained a notification letter and all the claim forms. No advance notice or signature required. I would never had known and the prize would have gone unclaimed if it had been a windy day and blown off the porch.

Yikes! Definitely kind of scary. Now I am going to have to start making wide sweeps around my yard because ya never know.

I'm totally ready with my bright white teeth to flash that smile when we win this contest. LOL!

I'm not a sweeps-crazy type person, but I do dabble a little...I'm also currently obsessed with the HGTV Dream House Giveaway. Not that I want to move from my sleepy little town, but could really use the fancy new ride.

I finally decided to let DH know that I've been entering on his behalf so that he knows to answer the phone or open that strange email. LOL

I just missed a call from the (609) area code. Googled it and it's from Atlantic City, NJ. Probably not, right? lol

To answer the question that was discussed earlier, I think I would choose DLR - I haven't been in over 10 years and a cross-country trip for a family of 5 would be such a great award. We'll go to WDW anyway. Plus my boys would go crazy for Cars Land!

So I can't decide where I would go. ( I never win anything but dreams are fun). In talking with my mom. WHEN would you go? I was thinking if I chose wdw I would go for Star Wars weekends? But if dl then when? No matter what its nice to think about anywhere there is sunshine! Upstate NY right now -30 over it!

We already decided that, if we win, we're going to DL. Haven't been there since 2003, when our big one was 17 months and the little one was a figment of our imaginations.

I have become obsessive compulsive about checking this thread to see if anyone on here has won. I might have to start googling to see if anyone on other boards or blogs has won. I honestly can't even imagine how exciting it must be to win something like this.

I email my mom and my sister religiously every day to make sure they enter. We would be going together, and have been "bickering" about where we would want to go/stay. They both want WDW, while I want DL (mentioned in an earlier post that I've never been and would stay at Grand Californian). Mom wants to stay at Wilderness Lodge or Boardwalk, while my sister wants to stay at Beach Club for Stormalong Bay. I told them if one of us happens to win, winner gets to pick.

We’ve been entering as well daily. I know its a long shot but would be great.

Let's see in my fantasy I would choose WDW and fly.
I would take my parents and SO (and my son would still be free because we would go before his bday in July)
If I was told to give my top 3 resort choices they would be (only because we stayed BC last trip and already have BLT reserved for November 2014):
1. Polynesian
2. Yacht Club
3. AK
