Anyone else having trouble? Finally decided where to go with a good price, but WDW UK crashes on the booking screen :(

Anyone else?

There have been issues repeatedly of late with the payment page going down. It seems to come back up in its own good time ... :badpc:

I would imagine its because you are trying to access the UK website from USA and therefore the UK offers aren't applicable in the USA?

I've been having same prob when I try to book just hotel and tickets. Just looked at Flight Inclusive and it works for that at the minute so maybe problems are sorted. It's nothing to do with accessing UK site in US cuz I'm in Florida and can access UK site :)

Have you chosen your dates and resort? What did you decide on?

Decided on YC for last week of July, first week of Aug. Only planning on doing Disney parks so will do them early in day before temps rise too high, chill out in pool in afternoon and have a meal out somewhere at night when the temps cool off a bit again. I love the warm weather and was in Vegas in a heatwave one year so I know I'll enjoy it and my son will enjoy it so long as he gets to cool off in the pool. Will do Disney's Deluxe Dining Plan as well so no need to worry about having money to cover meals like I did this time. Would've been nice to do Christmas but we're going to stick to our Lapland plan as my partner can get time off to come with us so will be a magical family moment. Would've also liked to come back Oct but school wouldn't have authorised it a second time :( Am looking forward to seeing what summer in Disney is like though :)

Glad you've sorted a date :goodvibes

Honestly, I would stick with the regular DDP. You get one TS, one CS and a snack per day. In the heat of summer you do not want 3 meals a day which you get with the DxDDP. Also the cost of the upgrade is such now that you can buy quite a few extra meals before it becomes cost affective.

The other thing is to book with the regular free dining and then once you have a plan you can see if its worth the cost of the upgrade which you could do later.

I've tried accessing from my ipad and laptop both in the uk and neither work!

It will probably be back after free dining goes, lol! I could ring them but I want my Cashback. And we can't really afford YC without free dining :(

I have been having the same problems over the last few days, get to choose the resort and tickets then when you get to the confirmation page it comes up with an error message. Thankfully it worked for me this morning, just waiting for the confirmation email now.

Worked for me too, and got my Cashback confirmation :)
