Is there any kind of map of the transportation available between parks to take advantage of Park Hopper Passes? Does the monorail connect the parks or only busses? What is the best way to get around within a park...only walking? Thanks for your help!

frist day we check in at the POLY we are going to Mickey's BBQ and trying to figure out how to get there

You should be able to pick up a transportation guide at or near the front desk when you check in. It will show you all the bus routes to get around in the world, and as I recall give suggestions on getting from place to place. Any resort to any park or DTD is a one-bus ride, it gets tricky to go from resort to resort.

The Monorail only connects the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. And yes, within the parks walking is the only mode of transportation (although at the MK you can use the train to go from one area to others; though walking is usually faster!)

Take the bus from the resort to Magic Kingdom then hop on the boat
to the barbecue

There are other ways to get around some areas of the parks, such as the Main Street vehicles, and the friendship boats at Epcot.

sounds good - so go to Magic kindom via monerial then take the boat to Forrt Wildneress right/

Is there a map like this online? Or can you only get it once you are there?

On getting to Mickey's BBQ from Poly: I'd take the boat to MK from Poly, then hop on the boat from MK to FW.

I wouldn't, but ONLY because by the end of today I'm sure one or another of the moderators will move it over there anyway
