ok This is for my friend.
I think there is only WDW and would never go anywhere else. :rotfl:
If you are staying at All Star resort and do not have a car.
What is the best way to get to Universal?
Is there shuttles? Maybe Universal runs
I think I heard from DTD there is.

Neither Universal nor Disney run shuttles to each other's parks. Mears has a shuttle that I believe is $14 per person round trip. You can take a town car for about $60 round trip or you can rent a car for the day.
I know that there is a public bus, Lynx that runs from the TTC but I am not sure how you would get to Universal as I understand it requires a transfer.

We'll be getting a towncar service for our trip to Universal next month. Since there will be 4 of us, it really makes more sense to do that than to do the Mears shuttle. We can leave when we want...just tell the towncar driver what time to pick us up. Now, all I have to do is to decide which service to use!

I have used Mears for travel from Disney resorts to both Universal and Seaworld. Just call Mears a day or 2 in advance. they will give you a pick up time( maybe they gave us choices?? not sure on this). you pay the driver when yhou get on the bus. to return, you just call a specific Number about 30 min before you want to get picked up. Sometimes we waited for our ride back to Disney, but it was still better than trying to find our way back after a long hot day. I wouldn't hestitate to use this service. Have fun!!

Yes, as helenk states, there is the Lynx bus option, and yes, you do need to transfer. The big problem with that is, you need to transfer in downtown Orlando and backtrack - so it can take a couple of hours each way.
Another option, depending on the number of people in your group, might be to rent a car for 24 or 48 hours
