WDW to St. Petersburg?

I was wondering if anyone knew how far a drive it is to St. Petersburg from WDW and/or Fort Meyers. Thanks!!!

It's about 1 1/2 hours, but it also depends on the construction on I-4.

Don't know about Ft. Myers.

St. pete is about 95 miles or so.

Ftmyers is around 185 or so.

what are you looking to do in St. Pete?

I am not the original poster, however, my family will be spending 4 days at WDW and then 4 days at St. Pete Beach and began to wonder how that area managed in last fall's huricanes. Did St Pete suffer any damage?

we had some coastal damage, but it's been long since repaired. I've been down to siesta key and up to clearwater, and all is good. we put in at fort desoto a couple of weeks ago, and it was as pristine as ever. heavy damage was farther south.

Hello,

Two years ago we stayed near St. Pete and drove to WDW twice. The drive was not too bad in the morning but after spending the day in the park the drive back was tough for the driver (not the kids they slept). We now stay in Kissimmee, but St. Pete is beautiful and fun. It is so different from the beaches in Massachusetts. We will go back some day!!
