WDW to Orlando Convention Centre?

Staying at POR Mar 29-Apr 4 and have convention Apr 2-3. Does anyone know approx. travel time/ cab costs to the Convention centre from POR/WDW? Also, maybe staying at RPR - IOA Apr 1 and wondering about distance/ costs. Any suggestions? Thanks
