WDW Tickets At an Off Hotel

If you order tickets on disneyworld.com and youre not staying at a disneyworld resort hotel, how do you get the tickets? I'm staying offsite but it's still in Orlando. Will they mail the tickets? Do I pick them up at Sheraton? Help Please!

I' Pretty shore that you can pick them up at the entrance to the park. I think you can get them mailed to you. Or I know you can pick them up at the TTC.

We did that a few years back when we stayed at a timeshare. As far as having the passes mailed to you, Disney charges extra for that. We stopped at guest services at Epcot (where we went our first day), showed them our confirmation from the purchase and they gave them to us. However, that was a few years ago (2004 I think). Just to be sure, I would call Disney.

My feeling is why pay extra for shipping if I don't need to.
