WDW Thomas Kinkade

DH and I put a deposit on the 35th Anniversary WDW Thomas Kinkade that is set to come out in October. We've both wanted one of his paintings for awhile, and this one couldn't have been more perfect for us. I can't wait to see it!

I am on a mailing list with one of the galleries in the southeast, and I got a newsletter about it. We went to the gallery at the mall in Knoxville on Saturday and put the deposit. I assume you might be able to do the same thing locally, but

I'd love to know more about this! Is it a print or a painting? About how much does it cost? Have you seen what it will look like? (I'm thinking the castle?) Do you have to pre-order it?

We are also waiting to see the new Kincade painting of WDW! We signed up on a list to be notified on the viewing. We were not offered to put down a deposit, I guess she didn't want to push. I was under the impression that the promotional viewing was in June. (I'm not positive but that month comes to mind for some reason.) We have had several discussions of which type of print we would purchase. Can't wait to see it!

They will have both paintings and prints. We purchased the painting.

I am not sure on the prices. I'd say it will vary depending on where you purchase it.

The dealer said it will most definitely be of Cindy's castle.

You don't have to pre-order it. The deposit was just to reserve one.

We love him too, so I can't wait to see it.

There's a gallery about an hour away from me. Looks like I'll have to make a trip over there (after I convince DH that I NEED it, of course! LOL)

I LOVE the Disboards! I have no idea Thomas Kinkade was making another painting until I read it a few minutes ago. I jumped on the phone to a dealer close to me and put a down payment on it! An 18x27 painting is $1160.00, the 24x36 is $1840.00! Happy shopping!
