WDW Stroller Guidelines?

Question for all of you experienced folks: Are there any official WDW guideslines on what is or is not considered an acceptable stroller for WDW?

I thought I had read that "jog strollers" were not permitted--something having to do with the large front wheel on the stroller, if I recall correctly.

My wife just bought a new stroller and has fallen in love with it. Technically I believe it was sold as a "jog stroller", but it doesn't have that huge wheel on the front. It has three wheels, but they are all about 8-10" in diameter. Oh, and it's a double stroller with the seats side-by-side, a folding canopy and storage underneath.

We took the stoller to Cedar Point (Ohio amusement park) last weekend and had no problems getting through the gates, or navigating the park. I've seen the big double strollers that WDW rents, and can't see how this one is any larger.

Our next trip is in December with our two kids--3 years and 18 mos at the time of the trip. We'll be driving, and do not intend to use the WDW busses very often, if at all. So, carrying the stroller / folding it up / getting on and off busses are all non-factors.

Do you think we would have any problems using this stroller at the WDW theme parks?

Thanks.

we saw all kinds of stroller in WDW last December, including 3 wheelers - I think the only ones that you might have problems with are the sort with bicycle wheels. Your stroller will be fine, I am quite confident about that.

does the front wheel swivel? That will make it a lot easier to use in the parks, as you need to be able to manuvere quite well when it is crowded.

I would suggest driving to the park, and then skipping the tram and walking to the gates - that is what we do with our stroller and it is much less hassle.

Thanks for the replies.

Nice to know we won't have to sink $100 or so into rentals for the week!!! :D
