I always always leave WDW and regret not purchasing something. They really need to have an online store of things they keep in the gift shops and resorts.

It would be great if there was a website you could shop at. I always feel bad when I call WDW Merchandising for taking up so much of their time when I want to find something - but they do an awesome job and take their time to find just what I want. My main problem is that I get home and start telling people that I saw this or that and they wish they could get it so off I go trying to get it for them.

They some sort of shopper that will go and find the item for you and mail it. My friend did this after she got home for a coat.

Maybe someone else has better info.

We were told at the Tea Shop in Epcot to use www.mail.order@disneyworld.com or 407-363-6200 when the tea that we wanted was not going to be available until this month.

In case anyone wants the WDW Merchandising phone number it is 407-363-6200. But a website would be much easier and I'd probably buy more than I should.

It not a link but an E-mail address . You tell them what you are looking for and they E-mail you back with a price and if they found the item or not.
