Wdw spring room offer .... Not working???

Trying to price out a spring trip with thr room only offer and it keeps giving me an error:
Sorry, we were unable to add the vacation pkg to your cart at this time, please try again.

Anyone else?! I could do the earlier offer fine, but I was checking for April.

I got that same message too. This was three days ago now. From what I understand, there is only a limited number of rooms that go along with this spring special. I was thinking that they are already sold out? An error message is a terrible way to let people know that but since it's been so many days I wonder if that's what has happened. We are planning our trip for the last weekend of March. I know that March is Spring break for most colleges and some other schools. Where I am from Spring break is usually the first or second week of April so it could very well be possible that they are all sold out =(
 
I booked a spring room offer and I remember seeing the deadline as Dec 29 for the discount. :( Maybe try calling to see if you can still get it?
 

I have been getting that exact same message when trying to just price packages (not using any discount). Other people have been having the same issue as well, so I'm guessing it's more an issue of a computer glitch than the rooms being sold out.

It seems to work fine on my iPad so that's a suggestion. If not, try logging out of your account and go through the process it should work. You'll log in when you get to the checkout and that should work from what I've read.
 
I was getting the same message when I went to book my late summer trip over the weekend. I'm not sure what I did that finally fixed it but I remember logging out then back into my Disney account right before it started to work again. I also tried to put a different hotel into my cart and when that worked went back to the one I originally wanted.

If that doesn't fix it then I agree calling Disney may be the best way to get it.
 
I got the same error, but called and was able to make the reservation really easily. Linked it afterwards to MDE using the confirmation number.

It was much faster and painless than I expected (sped along by the phone system recognizing my number when I called).
