WDW running about as normal?

Anyone see any differences in the parks or resorts since all this hurricane mess began?

Parks are pretty much up and running as normal.

I'd read on here that Tower of Terror isn't running. Does anyone know if that report is true. If it is true, is it up and running yet?

It was running today when we left at around 1pm. Rockin' Roller Coaster was closed due to mechanical difficulties though. (Non-hurricane related)
