wdw rollerblade maraton

Next April. Is anyone here skating in it? I am going to go, and I've got new skates specifically for it too.

But the marathon is 26.2 miles all over wdw. is anyone on dis doing it? if so, I hope to see you there.

Also, does anyone on the TB rollerblade? Its fun and a great work out.

Hey Shelby! Oh, I didn't know that the marathon existed! I try to rollerblade everyday; it's fun and like you said, it's a great workout. But I just can't seem to stop on them (my brake just takes forever to stop)...

Maybe they're worn down. Can you lower them? Try that. or try buying new brake pads.

But yes, tehre is a marathon next April, and its 26.2 miles. It also goes over the boardwalk so you'd need to be able to skate on wood.

I think I'm staying at ASM for that.

I believe it is annual. The marathon itself should take about thirty minutes (you have to do a seven minute milex26=about thirty minutes.)

I think its only in april. I'm not sure.

It sounds really awesome. I love to roller blade~even thought I'm not that good. Lol. Do u have to sign up to be in it? I would assume so. Where do u sign up?

I'm not sure. I think you register on site. My dad is taking care of registering. I'm just gonna skate. lol. Bad things happen when I'm trusted to fill out paperwork.

I need to skate more often. Its 26.2 miles, but its flat. around here, its pretty hard to find a flat place to skate (I live in the foothills of the smokey mountains) I have found a place to practice skating on wood though.

I bought some pretty nice ones on sale for $100 at Sports Authority.

Perhaps, but it's still money I don't have, and it's not number one on my "must buy" list.
