Does the Tower of Terror have a 'chicken' line?

I would love to go through the TOT but due to my poor health, I cannot ride the actual ride. :sad1:

Would I be able to go through the que line, experience the theming of the ride, then at the last minute, escape through another door before actually getting on the ride?

Also, how hard would this be while being in a wheelchair?

Ive also read that Mission Space has a milder version. How much does the mild version jostle you around? Could I also go up to the actual ride to experience the theming and still be able to 'chicken out'? :scared:

Thanks for any advice! :)

I believe all Disney rides have a chicken exit. Also most rides are mainlined so that a wheel chair goes in the regular line for at least much of the way.

I'm afraid it's been a couple of years since I did the Mission:Space ride (did the green version because I'm too big a chicken to even contemplate the other one ;)), but I don't remember it being too jerky. I guess it depends on how jerky is too much for you. I'm sure someone else will be more helpful than me.

What I did want to say, though, was that the playground bit after the ride is good and geared up for chairs. It's got lots of computer stuff to play with, and other fun stuff.

Sorry of this is garbled, the brain seems to have been replaced by cotton wool again!

I don't know about Mission Space, but my son did what you mentioned on Tot. He just went in with us and then before boarding, left. No problem and definately worth the experience.:)

All rides at WDW have a chicken exit. The only one I can think of you might have a problem with is the Haunted Mansion as it is after the Stretching Room but before the boarding area and it can be very hard to make go against the flow of people to get to it. As you're in a WC it is a challenge to get to see the Stretching Rooms anyway, you have to ask and normally they can only do it when the ride isn't crowded.

The TOT chicked exit is a regular elevator that takes you down to the exit area.

M:S Green is very smooth. There is some shaking and bouncing but not to much IIRC. As jostling isn't a problem for me I don't remember exactly how shaky it is, sorry. Just tell the CM at the entrance that you're not riding, just want to see the queue and pre-show and I'm sure he'll tell you where to go.

Yes, there is a chicken exit for TOT. I can't ride it either, so did as you want to do. I was escorted done a hall to an elevator and out the building. Gives you a good opportunity to chat with a CM!
I had no problem with Mission Space: Green. I have to be careful and not let me brain get jostled (brain malformation) or else I'm dizzy and can be sick for days. MS:Green shakes your seat some, but it's pretty gentle. I went on it cautiously at first, then rode it numerous times as it was ds' favorite ride!

All of the 'thrill type' rides have some sort of chicken exit. As others said, just tell the CM that you want to experience the attraction theming, but not ride. Also, keep in mind that people who actually plan to ride do chicken out at the last minute all the time.
We just went on Mission Space green version in October. It is fairly smooth, but does jostle you around some. Most of the motion is back and forth, but at the end (don't want to spoil the surprise end), you will have more motion and could feel jostled. Some people say the green version is similar in bumpiness to Star Tours (which is very bumpy). I would say it is bumpy, but not as bad as that.
One option to think about it having several members of your party ride it first and give you an opinion about the amount of jostling. Just don't choose someone like my DH, who thinks all those rides are 'nothing - not bad at all'. ;)

Thanks bunches for all the replies! You all have made me feel confident and even more excited about going now that I know I can go experience the rides without actually having to ride them. :grouphug:

Earstou: I cant let my head get jostled much either as I get very sick for days too. I think Ill defintely give Mission: Space Green a try now!

SueM: Thanks for the heads up about the end part being a little more bumpy, Ill definetely prepare for it. :)

My party members think all the rides are 'not bad at all' which is why I thought here would be a great place to ask for some advice.
