I haven’t had this myself but I’ve seen others mention it. Even if you receive someone else’s pin code like you did you can’t use it

Exactly! And why do they have someone else linked to my email in their database????? So did my pin code get sent to someone else??

I received the code and not valid for us. It was valid for my parents. We have traveled in the past and I had my email set to receive their confirmations, I verified by putting in their name and zip.

I believe there is a way to call and find out if you have an offer, I just don’t remember the process. Someone here on the Budget Board must though!

call Disney and ask, they can check for you. 2013 I saw lots of posts here that PINs had come out, some people called to ask if they had one on their account and they did even though they did not get an e-mail. so I called, no PIN for me, but had a trip planned with my daughter and her family, asked the CM to look under her name and she had an FD PIN! I wanted to cry, so happy - we used her PIN for FD at POFQ!

phone lines are crazy right now, might want to wait to call or try later at night.

They often don't include some of the deluxes (including the villas), but at least the offer covers a lot of them. I suspect the availability is a lot more limited. We're unlikely to go this summer, but I'll be reviewing it just to see what's out there.

I got than UOC too. no trip for us this year, but I click through the UOC several times and check availability so Disney can "see that I am interested" and hopefully the UOCs will continue to come until a time when I am able to use it

Yes, this happened to me. My offers are linked to my old address (zipcode) and maiden name, even though I have updated my account with Disney. I found out by calling in and the CM asked me to try a former zipcode and/or last name. She confirmed she had my old info linked to the offer. Every time I get a code I have to use that. Strange, but maybe that is what is going on with yours.

Yes, I have my regular email and I got that pin code and I log in and I for the error message. I got another email on a different account and this one worked.

I played around and could get a Studio room on the Boardwalk over Labor Day weekend for a little over $200a nite. I do not need tickets, I have a few non expiring tickets from years ago and we do not need free dining. I really want to book, but I have a new granddaughter coming the 1st week in August, and again, I will be using my vacation days helping my daughter. She will be my 3rd this year. The grand kids are coming fast and furious. I cannot wait to take them to Disney.
