WDW rental October 5-12, 2007

I am looking for a private rental with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1.5 or 2 bathrooms for the week of October 5-12.
It has to be smoke and pet free as my son has asthma.
Are there any disboard members who rent properties and have availabilty then?
I would like it to be somewhat close to WDW as we will go 3 days.
Stayed in Davenport previously would like a different area.

I am looking in the $700.00 range for rates. It is October 5-12, my kids are off school for Canadian Thanksgiving.
