WDW Port Transfers & Snagging Mixology Onboard?

Hi All,

I'm sure that this has been asked & answered, but I couldn't quite find a definite answer so I wanted to see if any of you have had experiences with this...

We're staying at WDW for a few days before our cruise on 9/24 (so close - ahhh!). We opted to use the Disney transfers to PC because I'm honestly just too lazy to drive when on vacation I know that we are going to be getting to port pretty late, but what are the chances of being able to still get into a Mixology or Beer Tasting session?

I feel like such a failure, I didn't even know that these existed for our last 3 cruises - so I would really love to be able to book one (or both!) for DH and I, but I'm afraid that we'll be onboard too late

Do y'all think that I should just give up hope and not stress about it and never mention it to DH? If he doesn't know that they exist, he won't miss it, ha! Only now that I know.....

They are! I found out about them too late to get a spot. Everything is sold out except for champagne

I booked my first Mixology class on board, we got to the ship around noon and were definitely not anywhere near the first ones there. It was on the Magic though so less people, but also a Christmas cruise so pretty busy. I know they open up more classes on board when they are sold out ahead of time. As soon as you get on the ship try and make a reservation for one.

Also keep checking to see if anyone cancels, this might happen too before your sailing.
