Lou, I checked out your Podcast. It's wonderful!!! I downloaded several of the old programs so that I could listed to them on a long drive I did yesterday. They're great and you give lots of useful info. You've got me hooked.

Wow - 7000 listeners is very impressive. I enjoyed the last podcast and found the DVC by resale interview especially interesting. It was also very interesting to hear two different views about EverEst - I was surprised that Nathan was not too impressed with some of the theming as most people seem to love it!
