I can not wait for this to open. I have been watching it being it built and boy has it come a long way. I am probably going to ride it as much as I can. Finaly a high speed ride at the Animal Kingdom. Maybe I can see you guys there

However, if you have DVC, you can also buy DVC discounted passes -- I think for a regular annual pass (not premium) it's about $100 off. In order to take advantage of that, you need to be listed on the DVC contract, as I understand it. (I have DVC but I'm the only one on the contract so I didn't look very far into that)

In this case, anyone that resides at the home of the contract holder may receive the DVC discount. In addition, if you are still in contact with your DVC rep that sold you your share, they may also be able to assist you with additional annual passes if you need them.

Well we are Disney Vacation Club members and just happened to have planned our WDW trip flying in that Saturday and will be there for a week. That means on Sunday we will be able to preview the ride. Woot!
We were watching the WDW Christmas parade on TV the other day when it had a preview of the new ride. We were so depressed thinking that we would have missed that ride by only a few months...plus we only head to WDW every 5 years or so.
I am so excited!!
This preview is going to make our trip even more magical. Woot!

Well Saturday the 28th is looking real good for me to go. Does Saturday work for everybody? I say we meet-well I am not sure somewhere near the ride in Animal Kingdom? Around 10:00 AM?

Wow you all are SO so SO so SO so SO so SO Lucky.... and i mean lucky.... i think i'm going to run away to Florida..... no its all cool i guess and i hope you have fun..... i saw a preview of it towards the nd of the Christmas Parade which was awesome i wish i could have been there...... We are a huge amuzement park family! I've been to Cedar Point many times! I haven't been there in years. My last trip was the year the Magnum was opened. My friend works for a steel company and he helped build that new monster. I'd really like to try that one sometime! We go to Ohio every summer. But we go to Cleveland, so Geaga Lake is closer. We also go to Pennsylvania every summer, so we hit Knoebel's Grove and Hershey Park!


Momsgonegoofy---wow 2 boys! Star has only met VMK adults so far. Our meet with Darth Jordan and PinkGirlyGirl didn't work.

OK, Just found this post. I have been away from VMK and DIS for over a week, busy with other things.

The good news however is that this coincides with our trip to WDW! (and we are DVC members)

I would love to meet some VMK folks! I will need to rearrange my schedule and ditch the in-laws (don't tell them I said that ), but I am SO there. May or may not have DH and/or toddler in tow.

DH only has off Friday morning, he works Saturday all day, so we were going to head over at opening on Friday am.
