WDW or Las Vegas in Sept or Oct?

Looking for opinions on the Covid safety comparison between these two locations. DH and I really want to get away for a few days to celebrate our anniversary, and the low crowd levels at Epcot F&W are super appealing. However, the Covid numbers in FL are scary. Someone suggested Vegas, but although the numbers are lower, I'm not sure the same level of safety measures would be in place. What would you do??

This isn't even close - WDW has had no issues - Vegas has been a mess. WDW does not equal Florida when it comes to COVID.

Stay home and celebrate there. We just celebrated our anniversary...at home, because DH isn't allowed to travel further than 30 miles from home. I wouldn't travel to either WDW or Vegas (especially Vegas) right now.
