WDW online chat help?

Do you ever sometimes wonder if the information you get from these folks is accurate? Sometimes I can't help but feel like it's a crap shoot based on past experiences and what others have told me.

I've never tried online chat, but I know that phone CMs often have incorrect info. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same online.

Right? Because so many of us on these boards know more than the average phone/chat CM.

I got someone the other day who clearly had no grasp of the English language and couldn’t even properly answer my questions. :-/

The phone customer service has been slightly better...a few great people and a few not so great people.

No clue about where they are working but you never know about the validity of the info you get be it online, on the phone or even on property. They are all as likely to be as wrong as they are right. It's rather sad

Holy heck, if the online chat were a work at home kind of deal, I think easily 2/3 of the DIS posters would be working for them hahaha.
