I also just tried to call, and was given a recorded message about the system being down for an upgrade and that WDW Trav. Comp. Agents were unable to assist at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. Makes you sort of do a HMMMMMMMmmmmmmm, seems to happen every year when they add FD. Could this be the announcement everyone is biting their nails for?
It's not fd, it's part of the upgrade from the other day. Upgrading the system to comply with new ada regulations. I'm working extra hours from 10-2, and the eta is 2:30. And they forgot to kill my extra hours.
This has nothing to do with FD. I tried to make reservations online all last Friday and thru the weekend. It would show me the times but would not allow me to reserve them. I finally called and made the reservations over the phone. There was obviously something wrong with the site and now they are fixing it.
I made reservations for dining yesterday and got an email confirming but then 5 mins later got emails their were cancelled, when I didn't cancel them. However under my "my reservations" the reservations are there. I am confused I am going to call tonight.
